If it does not match
A mismatch does not automatically mean the Bible text was changed. You may have a different BSB printing, a file saved again by Excel, a different official format, different line endings, or added notes or headings.
This first checker answers the strongest simple question: are these exact file bytes one of the official files frozen for ScriptureLeaf's current release? The method page explains the separate text-level checks used by the build.
